NADIM Islam has been appointed product manager specialist at Mecalac Construction Equipment UK for its range of site dumpers and compaction rollers.
Based at the firm’s production base in Coventry, Mecalac said Nadim will work with the engineering team to drive “innovation, strategy and product improvement”.
Nadim has previously worked in a product management role at electrical goods manufacturer Vax. He also has international retail and trade marketing experience. He will be responsible for laying out a “strategic roadmap” and leading a team to deliver product innovation. This will include a focus on efficiency, emissions compliance and sustainability.
