MORE than 250 pieces of equipment will be up for grabs when Ritchie Bros. conducts its first ever auction in Scotland later this month.
Plant including excavators, telescopic forklifts, rollers, dumpers and lifts will all be sold to the highest bidder. There are no minimum bids or reserve prices.
The auction will be held in Irvine on October 16 with equipment and trucks set to be sold on behalf of MW Hire Group and other consignors. Bids can be made in person, online in real time at rbauction.com, and by proxy.
“We are excited to be conducting our first live auction in Scotland, in partnership with MW Hire Group,” said Rupert Craven, sales director UK & Ireland, Ritchie Bros. “The auction features an excellent mix of well-maintained ex-rental equipment used in housebuilding and civil engineering projects, including 50+ Cummins, Himoinsa and Cat generators. As always, the auction is open to the public, and we expect participants from across Scotland and around the world.”
Equipment highlights are poised to include:
- Mini and midi excavators, including unused 2018 YANMAR VIO80-1’s
- Rollers, including Dynapac 3500’s and Bomag 213DH-4’s
- Telescopic forklifts, including JCB 540-170’s and 535-140’s
- Scissorlifts, including JLG 1930ES’s and Genie GS2646’s
