MINING equipment supplier Sandvik Mining and Rock Technology has announced a new distributor for crushers and screens in China.
Pota Environment (Shanghai) Ltd will act as distributor for Sandvik mobile crushers and screens throughout mainland China, as well as providing full aftermarket care, spare parts and customer service.
Pota will support Sandvik in mainland China with a team of twelve sales representatives and six service engineers. The company specialises in the supply of mobile material handling equipment and dust suppression systems to the Asian market.
According to Sandvik, the appointment of the “professional and experienced” distributor reinforces the company’s commitment to enhanced locally focused customer support, while allowing customers to benefit from dealing with a global supplier.
“We are delighted to appoint Pota as our distributor in China. This will inevitably open up new opportunities for Sandvik mobile crushers and screens in China and we are excited at the huge potential the market has to offer,” Sandvik said in a statement.
