HYUNDAI Construction Equipment Europe has named Agnieszka Kilshaw as its new spare parts manager.
She will be responsible for the complete parts organisation for the European market, for both the construction equipment and material handling business units.
Hyundai said Agnieszka brings 13 years of experience in parts sales, having previously worked in business development, key account management and parts logistics for various firms. She speaks fluent Polish, English and French.
“In a company like Hyundai the spare parts department is a real driving force,” Agnieszka said. “It is a pillar without which we could not operate as all the other departments depend on our efficiency and rapidity. My vision is very clear. The main pillars are high parts availability, service efficiency and overall customer satisfaction.
“Like all the businesses on the market we strive to achieve better results and make the company grow. However, for us in the parts department, the key value is customer support and satisfaction. We want to make sure to know our customers and their needs and to develop a long-term relationship with them through which all together we will promote the brand image and make Hyundai Construction Equipment Europe a top player in the construction market. I know that together with my team we will be able to prove the quality of our products and personalised service.”
Alain Worp, MD for Hyundai Construction Equipment Europe added, “By giving a leading role to the spare parts manager we wish to establish and maintain good relationships with our customers and to exceed their expectations. Our brand new, 13,000 m² parts warehouse in Tessenderlo, Belgium, is an element that will help us in achieving this goal.”
