JCB Attachments has launched two new product ranges for the construction industry.
These include a new series of bladed buckets – purpose-built for the utilities sector – and a new range of quick hitch models with spring activated safety lock which JCB claimed will bring “consistent, maximum safety hitches” to the manufacturer’s excavator, backhoe loader, Hydradig and compact excavator ranges.
The new bladed buckets join JCB’s existing toothed bucket range and are designed to help prevent electricity cable strikes and water pipe damage in utilities applications and enable the excavation of tidier, flat-bottomed trenches.
The new quick hitch range is said to prioritise “safety, simplicity and reduced maintenance” – with clear visibility, no gravity lock, zero greasing and a 3-year warranty.
