ADRIAN Nixon has been promoted to the role of operations director at Worsley Plant.
He initially joined the firm in 2004 as service engineer for crushing and screening equipment and latterly worked as general manager. Prior to joining the company, Adrian spent more than ten years working as an agricultural engineer.
Sean Heron, managing director at Worsley Plant, said the appointment proves there are no “glass ceilings” within the business.
“We have a strong steady team,” he added. “As of today we are now stronger”.
Adrian has a keen interest in general machinery and likes building PCs from scratch.
