Bell Equipment will be previewing the latest addition to their E-Series, the B60E, at Hillhead 2016.
The B60E is “a 4×4 with full articulation steering and oscillation joint, which keeps all four wheels on the ground and fully utilises the traction available, meaning it has more off-road capability than any other conventional rigid truck”, according to Bell.
The B60E is powered by a Mercedes Benz engine.
Nick Learoyd, managing director of Bell Equipment explained, “With its four-wheel drive and ability, through the incorporation of an independent front and rear chassis, to keep its wheels on the ground, the B60E is ideal for a number of specific applications. The tighter turning circle of the B60E and its ability to negotiate steeper ramps are also significant advantages over its rigid truck counterparts.”
Nick added, “Sometimes size does matter and the B60E certainly has that. It has already proven itself in a number of trials across various industries and we are looking forward to introducing it to visitors at Hillhead, alongside the rest of the evolutionary E-Series and our latest wheeled loader range.”
